With this workshop, you train managers on how to “deal with resistance” within the team or the company/organization.
You explain what resistance is, how it arises, what forms it takes and how to deal with it in the best possible way. The knowledge gained in this workshop can be used by the participants for team development.
And this is how it works:
Preparation: You take on the role of the trainer and hold the workshop using this template. In order to be able to convey the content in the best possible way, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the topic and the content beforehand. You should at least know and understand the slides.
Implementation: While the first slides serve to impart knowledge, the ninth slide contains a practical exercise for the participants. This exercise is about applying what has been learned before.
Using concrete examples from their practice, the participants are asked to consider how resistance manifests itself, what the causes behind it might be, and what measures they can take to respond to the resistance. Afterwards, there will be another opportunity for questions and feedback at the end of the workshop.
